Eoin Devereux is a writer and poet. He has published poetry and short fiction in numerous journals and anthologies. His poem 'The Bodhi' Tree was shortlisted for a Hennessy Award in 2018. His work has been broadcast by the Poetry Programme RTE and by Sunday Miscellany. 'The Bullfield' was featured in the Poetry Ireland 'Words Lightly Spoken' Podcast Series. Eoin recently wrote the introduction to John Liddy's Arias of Consolation. As part of Poetry Month 2022, he curated the Limerick Poetry Broadsheet April Is The Cruellest Month.
A Professor by day, Eoin delivers the Creative Writers In The Community module as part of the MA in Creative Writing at the University of Limerick. He co-scripts and co-performs a monthly radio programme - The Cedarwood Chronicles - on the U2 Radio Station U2X Radio on the Sirius Platform in the USA/Canada. He has also written the sleeve-notes for the reissued versions of The Cranberries albums 'Everybody Else...", "No Need To Argue" and "Remembering Dolores" for Universal Music (London).
